Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026
1. Acceptance
By inviting Melora to a server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms, the Discord Terms of Service, and the Discord Developer Policy. If you do not agree, remove Melora from your server.
2. User conduct
- Do not use Melora to harass, threaten or harm other users.
- Do not attempt to exploit, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
- Do not use Melora to stream content you do not have the right to play.
- Server administrators are responsible for how Melora is used in their communities.
3. Acceptable use
Melora is provided for personal, non-commercial listening within Discord. Automated abuse of commands, spam requests, or use that violates Discord Community Guidelines may result in suspension of access for a user or server without notice.
4. Availability and uptime
We aim for continuous availability but Melora is provided as is. Maintenance, third party outages, Discord API changes or rate limits may interrupt service at any time. No uptime guarantee is made.
5. Data handling
Use of Melora is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the limited data we process to operate the bot. By using Melora you consent to that processing.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Melora team is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
7. Termination
You may stop using Melora at any time by removing it from your server. We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms or Discord policies.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
