Overview
Melora collects only what is necessary to play music and remember your server settings. We do not sell data and we comply with the Discord Developer Policy.
Data we collect
- Guild IDs and channel IDs, to store server settings such as the request channel and 24/7 mode.
- User IDs, to associate queue requests and personal preferences such as volume.
- Audio stream metadata, including track titles, URLs and durations for queue and now playing displays.
- Messages sent in the request channel, processed only to read the song request and then deleted.
What we do not collect
We do not record voice audio, read messages outside the request channel, or store message content after a request is processed.
Storage and security
Data is kept in access-controlled, encrypted databases. Only maintainers who operate the service can access it.
Retention
Queue data is temporary and cleared when a session ends. Server settings are kept while Melora remains in the server and removed within 30 days after it is removed.
Your rights
You may request a copy or deletion of data linked to your user or server ID at any time through the official support server. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
